What Does this uterus Ultrasound Result Mean?

I got my ultrasound results back and says anteverted uterus normal size 9.9x4.5 by 6.2 cm with smooth outline and a homogeneous echotexture.The endometrial canal empty.There is normal thickness endometrium measuring 7mm The ovaries normal size measuring 37 x 26 x 25mm in the right an 35 x 17 x 18mm in the left.There is a 17x12 x 12 mm simple left ovarian cyst and a subtle complex area in the right ovary measuring 23x22x16 mm with surrounding vascularity possibly an involuting corpus luteum.

Hello

Your ultrasound findings suggests almost normal findings.
Uterus is normal in size and echotexture.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
Both ovaries are also normal in size.
There is a small cyst in left ovary,it may be a normal physiological follicular cyst.
There is a possibility of corpus luteal cyst in right ovary.Probably it is regressing and it is in involution stage.It is normally found in females.
So,in short, findings are normal.
